I worked with Laura for both buying and selling a house here in Washington. She is very easy to work with and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Buying a house in a hot market can be a scary process but Laura is very transparent, professional and walks you through every step of the way. If you want a hard working agent who makes you their top priority I highly recommend Laura. I just wish I could hire her to help me find my next place in Idaho!

Laura has been just amazing. My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and we had both felt unprepared. We did not take any classes, and I felt embarrassed for being so new and inexperienced. Working with Laura made all of those feelings of insecurity go away. She walked through every step of the process with us, including tips on inspection, how to negotiate, and explaining every piece of paper we had to sign (I was pretty nervous). Thanks to Laura, we were able to find our dream of a first house in a location where we didn't even expect we would love. It has been such a pleasure working with Laura.

I met Laura in February 2020. I was thinking about selling my house and she was recommended to me by a trusted family member. When COVID first came, everything was put on hold, but in January 2021 I knew it was time to get ready to sell. Laura was instrumental in every step of the process. She made something that is so stressful so much easier. I moved out of my house so it could be staged to sell and the stagers she worked with were incredible. Because of her, my house looked its absolute best. I would highly recommend working with Laura. She is knowledgeable and experienced, she helps you step by step including during the sale prep process, and also because she has built a network of incredibly skilled people who helped ensure my house sold quickly and at its best price that including stagers, cleaners, and I decided to replace my roof ahead of the sale. She tracked down a roofer that was recommended by trusted people in her network and the roofer did a fantastic job and was able to turn it around quickly. I am really glad that I sold my house with Laura. Now, on to buying!

Our family met Laura when she was hosting an open house. We were checking out the area as we prepared to move to be closer to work. immediately she told us about a neighborhood we should check out and that she would email me some houses for rent, as we were considering renting at that time. The neighborhood she recommended was gorgeous and she followed up shortly with a list of rentals. We've known we've wanted to move for a long time, and bc of this We have had no shortage of encounters with agents at open houses and models .. but very few of them actually followed up with us. The fact that Laura followed through was huge, especially since we were certain we wanted to rent at the time. She was willing to help without the promise of closing anytime soon! We changed our minds a few weeks later and decided to check out homes for sale - Laura was the only agent we contacted and will be the only agent we ever contact going forward. Here's why: 1. She's REAL. She tells you how it is, helps you to weigh pros and cons and does it in both a professional and caring way. She also does this without bias and isn't swaying the decision in any way - she worked to ensure we had all the facts to weigh. 2. SO Responsive. No matter when she always responded within minutes to emails or texts or calls. 3. The whole process was just fantastic working with her. We had a fairly stressful transaction and Laura definitely shielded us from the majority of it, yet kept us incredibly informed of all of the 'behind the scenes' actions. She really balances this aspect of being an agent incredibly well. 4. Her negotiation skills are excellent. Not going into a ton of detail, but she is killer (in a good way). 5. She's got a network - she knows other agents, has a great lender to work with .. the whole experience was so good because she's built up a great network that elevates the experience of working with her. 6. She's just a good human. We spent a lot of time with her - and grew to really like her as a person. It always feels good to do business with people you like, so for us this made it even better that she was going to get paid. 7. So many other little things - overseeing the inspection fixes, going to the house to take measurements to send us, letting us bring our young children by to show them the inside of the house ... on and on. She really truly goes above and beyond, and it's quite obvious that she cares a great deal for her clients. We had previously purchased a house - the agent was not like Laura in any way. We barely spoke to her and really didn't feel like she was on our team like we did with Laura. We had no idea what working with a good agent was like ... and now Laura's set the bar very very high. We won't work with a different agent again. We couldn't recommend her more!
