We had an amazing home buying experience thanks to Mark and Deveraux. Mark was extremely patient with us as we went on a whirlwind tour of homes trying to find the perfect fit. We ended up buying new construction which was a first for us but Mark and Deveraux helped us navigate the process and guided us through the challenges and opportunities that come with buying directly from the builder. They were also great when it came to negotiations and gave us some sound advice on how to walk the fine line between getting everything we wanted AND drafting the winning bid in a competitive market. Mark and Devereux were both outstanding during my condo purchase. They were always available, often times driving over an hour to show me places. They provided tons of information throughout the process and everything went as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend both.
