I have been a patient at Capitol Hill Medical for around 15 years. From Donita and Jacob at the front desk to my care from Dr. Chu, I have never been disappointed. I am grateful to have a medical practice where I can walk in the door, be myself, ask frank questions and get direct medical answers. I am sure that many gay people in large parts of the U.S. can only dream of having such a medical office available to them.

I have been a patient at Capitol Hill Medical for over two years, and my experience with both the front and back office staff has been consistently positive. Jacob and Donita, the front office team, have always been kind and compassionate, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere during every visit. I have never encountered any rudeness, and they have been prompt and efficient in addressing any billing or 3rd party surgical questions. In the back office, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Taylor, who was not only a joy to interact with but also provided effective solutions to my ongoing health concerns. During a period when my primary physician, Dr. Manos, was on leave, Dr. Taylor stepped in seamlessly, showcasing the high level of collaboration and support within the physician team. Speaking of Dr. Manos, her dedication to patient care is truly outstanding. From our first meeting, I expressed my desire for a comprehensive and transparent approach to addressing my health concerns. Dr. Manos not only embraced this but exceeded my expectations!
