I want to give five stars, because I have an amazing doctor and the reception staff are super helpful every time I have been here over the past 15+ years. My complaint is with the lab, or at least how none of the information about when it is open is correct on the web. I came on a Saturday because Google said it was open. That's on Google and they need to change it. I am now here during my work hours with a very narrow window to get in, get out and get to work without repercussions. PacMed website says opens at 7:30 M-F. Nope. Schedule on door says opens at 8:00. But wait...newly printed sign taped to door says "Opens at 8:15. SORRY." Just saying you should call and check hours, especially if you are worried about getting fired, because PacMed doesn't seem to worry about wasting people's time or posting accurate information anywhere. UPDATE: Knocked a second star off, because the phlebotomist just called in to say they won't be here until 8:30 UPDATE 10/12/2023: Don't believe anything about their hours! Online and at entrance of building, lab hours are until 5 pm. At the check-in desk sign says lab closes at 4:30. Receptionist tells me at 3:48 that I'm lucky that I have a simple blood draw because I will be the last person they can see. Just left at 4:04. Lab is already closed.

overall, their neurodiversity evaluators dont know what theyre doing. go to dr neeley who offers telehealth and is on time, or any other evaluator anywhere else if you want an indepth, actual evaluation for neurodiversity. pacmed providers minimize your experiences and gaslight you or throw you on a computer test mainly used for children. theyre unprofessional and not qualified because they lack knowledge about neurodiversity; unless youre just some guy who bounces off the walls, which is an incomplete and outdated perception. went to neuropsych and their psych. both were awful for different reasons, but they arent competent as neurodiversity evaluators. stay away. theyre also very expensive and bill for much higher than other providers, and for no good reason. most recently, i booked zoom bc i work full time and appts dont need to be in person. their zoom expectations are for the patient to be 15 min early to the appointment. the appointments are billed by time and complexity. doc was late 20 minutes past start time to our first zoom meeting. he wrote in his notes that he started the meeting at 108 but i have an email of me asking the staff where he is at 110. i also was called by the staff, and we hung up when he came online at 120. he was late 10 minutes past start time to the next zoom meeting. i saw him for 10 minutes (110 to 120). i kept note of when we started and ended due to the poor experience of our first meeting. also, i told the nurse when booking the appointment that i would only need 15 minutes but she booked a 30 minute meeting, and she told me to let him know to write in his notes that it was a 15 meeting. he incorrectly wrote in his notes that he saw me from 105 - i called the clinic and was on the phone with someone at 110 but told them he was finally online and the employee and i hung up. utterly unprofessional - if it was the other way around, the clinic would have charged me as no show. he wasnt late just once but both times we had zoom meetings. they charged me for a 30 minute meeting when he said he only spent 2 to 3 minutes for non-face time plus we only spent 10 minutes in the meeting, making it less than 15 minutes total. they literally charge different rates for 5 minute increments so 15 minutes vs 30 is a big difference. i called billing the same day of the second appointment, and asked what they coded but it wasn't entered yet; the person read through his notes and stated she would be surprised if it was not a level 1 (least expensive and most straightforward), and told me to call back and dispute if it is a lot. they ended up billing me for level 3 and the person i talked to today said there is nothing they could do. she told me i could make payments but it isnt that i cant afford it - the service, including charts and notes, wasn't rendered for 30 minutes, i shouldnt be charged for excess time. awful experience in general - if they are going to offer telehealth, they should understand online meeting courtesy and not waste patients' time. dishonest billing, do not recommend

I miss Dr Lackerman since she retired as my Doctor for over 30 years. I tried with a new PCP Doctor, lets just say I will be switching to a new one. I wanted to make sure of my feelings and give her a chance first. Im sure she will be a great Doctor one day with more experience but not for me right now. I have too much to lose with trial and error while she learn the ropes. Shes sweet and nice but lack enough experience just yet in MY opinion. This is not a bash but a difference in personalities and right fit for me.

Docs are great but the blood collection person at the lab sucks! Dude was rude, inconsiderate, and walked like a 90yr old grandpa.
