        The practitioners are great. The billing/admin department will lie, deflect responsibility, and refuse to follow up. The latest headache I've been dealing with involves a bill being sent to collections, even though I had a credit on my account from a previous over payment. I do like my GP a lot, but I can't trust this company anymore - I'm moving on, and I suggest you stay clear of them too.
