Swedish Family Medicine - Cherry Hill

I was dreading having to go into the ER on a Friday night, but the staff here made it a comfortable and efficient experience! I wanted to shout out Dr. Jain, who I was very surprised to discover had negative reviews. Not to discount anyone elses experience, but as a transgender patient with POTS it is rare for me to receive the kind of respect and consideration from hospital staff that Dr. Jain showed me; he was more than willing to hear out my perspective on my symptoms, and adjust his recommended prescriptions so I could better tolerate them, and assured me that nothing I had to say was a waste of his time. All around a good dude and more knowledgeable about POTS than some neurologists Ive seen.

I dont know why I have such bad ratings but Ive been coming here for years and I absolutely love all the staff there! They are like a small family and I have mainly good things to say. Theyve helped me at the worse of times and I will forever be thankful to them and this will stay my main clinic until I absolutely HAVE to change but that wouldnt happen unless I moved or something. The one thing I will say is I wish it was easier to get a hold of the front desk to make appointments. But they cant help if a lot of people are calling at once and I also could probably do it via the MyChart app but I dont have my kids information for that AND I also enjoy talking to someone and feel better about it so Id rather wait on hold than use the app. But other than that one little thing, I LOVE SWEDISH!

I called today to make an appointment and the receptionist was rude and I completely agree with the review that said seems like she hates her job (Im pretty sure its the same lady). She didnt even have the decency to TRY to help me with what I was asking. I already feel like this clinic does the bare minimum as it is. Ive been going here my entire life and Im done, completely done with the lack of professionalism and compassion. Never need to come back to this place, ever! This clinic needs improvement ASAP!!! Oh and Im sick of the all the residents! I cant even see the same doctor when I go. Its pitiful how many doctors Ive seen over the years. Ive only had one doctor that seemed to truly care and would go above and beyond. Wish he couldve stayed!
