Super happy with this company. I called around to get quotes to repair a forklift and their quote was spot on. It matched the final invoice. Eric Ybarra was the best to work with! The service tech was not in our way at all and very respectful. He got there, got the job done. This is our new go-to company for our company's forklift! Super happy! (P.S. We had received a quote from NW Forklift who was 3x the price for the exact same job.) Nov 14th, 2023

I am currently a Manager at Odyssey Logistics in Kent Washington, we have been working closely with WLT for the past 10 years and they have done nothing but provide great service for us. We have had lifts breakdown, special requests and everything in between and they always come through with a game plan and help us with our operation. The time and service provided has been well above board and we appreciate all they do for us. They get 5 stars from Odyssey Logistics. Sep 25th, 2023

Kyle the service manager and his two amazing technicians went absolutely way above and beyond repairing my 2014 Volvo MC135 skidsteer! Its rare that you get a service facility for heavy equipment that's actually honest. One that cares for their clients and does whatever it takes to earn your business. I gotta tell you, I'm 57 and have been in business for myself since 2005. My years running major retail outlets for years before then is extensive. I've worked with the public long enough to recognize greatness in individuals. I cannot over emphasize their efforts. Because, after exhausting their resources with Volvo and JCB for parts, they outsourced materials locally. Then literally fabricated an extremely intricate hydraulic part. This repaired a pesky fluid leak we had been chasing for a while. I sincerely appreciate the hard work! These guys deserve a 10 star review but, that option isn't available currently!
So folks, you can bring your equipment here with confidence.
Thanks again Kyle and team. Incredibly happy customer! Aug 21st, 2023

If a potential customer is willing to set up a net 30 account with us, we do not require a credit card. If you are unwilling to establish an account with us, we do require a credit card before dispatching a technician to a COD account. You received 3 total invoices from us. Invoice #1, dated 4/2/21, for a requested inspection, locate hydraulic leak and PM service - this cost you $253.53. Our technician noted the following with regards to your forklift - steer cylinder leak, worn out forks, worn out lift chains, valve cover gasket leaking, disconnected back up alarm (we reconnected), steer pins and bushings worn out and contaminated transmission fluid. Invoice #2, dated 4/28/21, for repacking a steer cylinder approved by Kelly G. cost you $1,102.95, which was what we quoted and was approved prior to our starting work on the machine . Repair completed within 1 day or receiving necessary parts. Invoice #3, dated 5/20/21, for troubleshooting a transmission fluid leak which was the transmission output shaft seal - the output shaft seal repair work was denied by you. You were charged $217.21 for the diagnosis, and note we suggested a transmission service after performing the PM service - see invoice #1 I am sorry that you feel like we wasted your time and money and that you were relentlessly billed. All of the work performed was approved by your company. At your request, we discounted our labor and we turned the repair in 1 day from receiving the necessary parts. The PM was completed and the steer cylinder repacking was completed. Perhaps the "didn't fix" claim pertains to items that were not approved for repair.
