        Very calming and inviting atmosphere, where you're advised to take your shoes off upon entering, just as if this were your own home! I am always impressed by the customer service skills of the people managing the front desk; they vary in personality, but they're always happy to make sure you're getting everything you expect. They are usually outside the curtain during service transitions to make sure everything goes as planned, and they're more than happy to replenish water, oranges slices, or towels.
