My experience with Chair 10 was very disappointing. An investment that provided very low returns. My onboarding experience with Caroline was not welcoming & our assigned account manager Jeremy was new to the business, lacking timely support to help our campaign. We invested close to $4,500 in 3 months, and only generated 2 calls month.

After working with Chair10, and specifically Sebastian K, my marketing and advertising needs have been well taken care of. Their lead generation is impressive and their online portal shows you all the high level details - I know whats going on and how things are doing without needing to know the minute details. Sebastian sends me emails providing more detail on the campaigns, keywords, and costs for the month and how they plan on adjusting them moving forward. Sebastian has been fantastic to work with, he always provides great summaries of whats going on behind the scenes and acts as a subject matter expert when I have questions or ideas. All around I would highly recommend Chair10 and Sebastian to anyone looking for a turnkey marketing solution.

We at Northwest Hope and Healing had the pleasure of working with Chair 10 Marketing to develop a digital marketing plan for our 20th Anniversary Gala. The budget for this event was tight so Chair 10 was generous enough to donate their time to helping us so that we could keep costs low. Their team was highly responsive, both in terms of delivering materials in a timely manner and in working with us to make sure that our needs were met and all questions answered. The digital marketing plan ended up being an invaluable resource for our organization not only to sell tickets to our event, but also for spreading awareness about our mission to prospective supporters around the Seattle area. Dedicate team members helped us every step of the way, from planning ad copy and optimizing our website Call to Action, to ensuring that our campaigns were running smoothly. If given the chance, we would absolutely work with Chair 10 again.
