BECU credit union

The worse BECU in Seattle. Horrible customer service been a member for over 15 years and came in to cash a check and got treated like I was an African scammer then wouldnt let me deposit my check physically .. Ill never come to this bank again.

I walked into this location wanting to make a payment. As I took a brief scan of the place, this white man yelled out, "I can help you". I informed him that I wanted to make a payment. He asked me two questions, 1.) "Do you have an account with us?" 2.)Do you have photo ID? After getting my ID, and typing whatever he was typing, few seconds later, he informs me he is not a teller and there are no tellers at this location. Thus can't make any payments here. If you knew a payment couldn't be done here at the start, why waste my time?? Better question, why asked for my ID? Why ask anything, oppose to telling me out right can't take any payments and direct me to where I can make an in-person payment. Total waste of time. To the white man who did nothing but sat on his butt, thank you for wasting my time!
