Terrible experience with a DUI case handled by Dougal Nelerich. My biggest complaint is the terrible and almost non existent communication. Calls and messages were rarely returned and many questions unanswered. This was my first DUI and I was completely new to the process. I should have been shown the police report but have not seen it until recently.If he would have discussed this with me I would have been able to point out blatant lies in the report from the arresting officer and I cant help but wonder if this would have helped my case. I also dont understand why this case took over 1 year to close while Ive noticed that other first time DUIs have been closed within months.

Paid 6000 that I couldnt afford for nothing. Would have had same results with public defender. They dont deliver what they advertise. Made things a lot harder for me.
