This has been one of the most amazing experiences Ive ever had, as a buyer. The staff and shop owner went above and beyond in the repair of a diamond ring I purchased online from a different shop. Not only did they fix the ring beautifully, they advocated for us heavily, even offering to call the previous seller, and providing us with documentation we needed to be reimbursed via our bank (after a bad experience with an over the seas seller who had ghosted us after our ring broke 30 days in due to craftsmanship) This shop did EVERYTHING in their power to be sure we were educated, and communicated with. We were given every single option, and they provide us with every detail from their expert view. A nightmare soon peaceful thanks to Jamie and his team. A night and day experience from the original seller we worked with. Despite the low cost to repair the ring, we were given such 5 star service. Truly incredible. I will be loyal to this shop forever, and have many custom jewelry plan that that this shop will start shortly. Their inventory, partners, work and custom service was perfect, and they went above and beyond. The owner sent tons of emails to make sure we were feeling secure and taken care of, and the staff, including Claire showed such care. I felt so safe, taken care of and supported as a buyer and human, and I cant imagine having better service. Thank you so much!

I needed to have a necklace restrung which had broken. The team at Baraka Gems were really friendly and helpful and had experience with this type of necklace breaking. The cost for a repair was reasonable and I'm very satisfied with the result.

Jamie, is the type of person who truly cares about their customers. We went searching for a unique custom wedding ring and time and time again met with a one size fits all, mass produced & sales pressure. If you are wanting to propose or surprise someone special to you. The quality and authenticity of treating you as an individual resulted in a far better experience and end result with our wedding ring. By Jamie being extremely knowledgable in this space. Even spending time on the things that you want to watch out for in wedding rings. How great is that! We all live stressful lives and work hard. When you are departing with hard earned money you want something your person will cherish. Jamie, did exactly that on top of having an incredibly ethical story to add to why he started the shop.
