Uodate* prompt response via the website, I was able to contact the seller and she said she is going to fix this issue. I am awaiting the beautiful necklace I was expecting and will update my review once I receive it. Extremely disappointed. As a birthday/mothers day gift to myself I purchased the Motherhood Tree of Life Custom Necklace Created by Britta Ambauen. I purposefully chose my daughters' month stones and when I got my confirmation it was replaced with a month I did not order. I was told it could be corrected as I replied back to my confirmation with minutes of placing the order and was told they would contact the seller and correct it but turns out that was not true. Now I am stuck with a meaningless and heartbreaking $200 worth of jewelry there is no value to me. The least they could've done was give me the correct stone or even let me purchase it separately (as shown in FAQ) which is an option but apparently not offered when requested.
