Astound Broadband Powered by Wave

Crazy!!! Just installed it. Internet is interrupted every 5 minutes. What the heck is the service. UPDATE: adding a star since it seems to be fixed. The guy said he encountered the same problems repeatedly for many new customers recently. Someone needs to find the root cause of the issue. Will add another star if no interruption occur in the next month. UPDATE 2: has been good so far

Have been with this company for 6 months now and still using it only because it is the only supported option in my building but looking for an alternative! If you have option avoid this like a plague! Currently facing an issue and they set the appointment after 5 days and basically expects me to stay without internet for 5 days! The supporting staff is the worst I have seen worst in my life in any business I have encountered! That even if you can contact one cause you will be waiting on call for hours at a time! Do yourself a favor save yourself the headache and go to a different provider. The absolute worst business in the world to work with!

After cancelling my service due to moving, Wave G continued to charge me for multiple months. I have reached out three times for a refund, each time I was promised a refund and have yet to receive one. This has been going on for the past 6 months. I advise to avoid this company if there are other options.

I have been dealing with Wave/Astound now for three months now on a bill that should be zero. I've spoke to Michelle on 1/30/24 to cancel my service, she said my service was disconnected and i was owed $11.00. then 2/12/24 I spoke to Jennifer she said my balance owed was $0 then I spoke to Doltan on 3/14/24 he also said my balance owed was zero but still receiving bills. then on 3/19/24 I spoke to Jenee' who then told me to disregard any bills I receive in the mail that my balance owed is $0. I then receive another bill and I speak to Mariam who then procedes to tell me that I do in fact have a balance due of $9.66. I swear with all of these customwer service calls and the agents not knowing what the heck is going on I should have a $0 Balance. Now I know why I left this company to begin with. I have been trying to find a corporate office number so I can contact them but no luck. Very Upset!!! Debra Stump
