        Nina Velichka is absolutely amazing! I had to do several things and she made it so easy for me, an absolute non tech person to understand, Nina also let me know about the T-Mobile car tracker and as I have a Kia it is exactly what I needed. I'd give her ten stars if I could, T-Mobile, give that girl a raise!!

        We went 2 times to this location to get some help to solve some problems with our phones. The ladies who were working are not able to help at all. They are not knowledgeable about the products. T Mobile should not keep them working for the Company.

        Great experience with Andy! He was able to help us smoothly transition out of my parents plan to my fianc phone plan. The experience with getting our new iPhone was super easy and fast as well. The staff here overall are cheerful and easy to work with!
