Ive never had a claim so I cant comment on that but their customer service and response time has been excellent. I sent an an email at 3:40am in concern to my policy and was responded to around 6:30 am by Carley. They understand fishermans hours!!

I do not know why this company wasted the money to go to the boat show for leads. Called once for quote, gave info - nothing. Called again and they had my info but no explanation of no follow up. Different person said she would follow up, nothing. Been trying for over 6 weeks. Give up. Steve Johnson
