        The servive and their attitude are really bad. I called to let them know that I want to cancel my insurance because I don't drive anymore. The woman gave me her email and I just wanted to make sure it's correct so I asked her to repeat it again. She repeated it in a rude way and hung up without saying bye or something nicely. It was a really bad experience.
