Eagle Harbor Insurance

I switched my commercial insurance broker to Eagle Harbor earlier this year. They found a new policy with $900,000 more coverage and a smaller premium than what I was paying. I had several quotes and changes to my policy that required quite a bit of research. Sam found answers to all of my questions and handled my requests in a timely manner. They have been great partners to work with and I highly recommend them.

Professionally Unprofessional. After refusing to buy insurance direct for many years, I was pleasantly surprised how the customer service was when I moved my insurance from Eagle Harbor insurance to a direct policy. Who knew? It seems after the previous owner Tom retired, the millennials who took over the agency are doing their best. But they are not providing the same service that is expected when working with a local agency. Oh well everything changes.
