I am writing this on behalf of my aunt who moved into Uncle Bob's place earlier this year. I am sure she is not the only one but man do the management team suck at this place. They seem to have great skill in losing rent checks that they cash and send tenants letters about not paying rent. I helped her get squared away with the "missing" September check by showing the manager a copy of the cashed check from her bank. Now the latest kicker is she followed their instructions by using the payment lock box for November's rent and again they sent out a letter in November saying she is late for November and December's rent. Funny thing it wasn't even December yet! Of course I notified the office that she has a copy of the November rent check from her bank saying that it was cashed. The management company refuses to issue receipts for rent and a lot of tenants are being harassed for missing payments. Its terrible that Uncle Bob's legacy is being tarnished by this management company. Just plain terrible.

DONT LIVE HERE. DANGEROUS AND POORLY MANAGED. Assaults, rowdy tenants, non-tenants always trespassing into the building and sleeping in the stairways, mail constantly getting stolen, frequent fire alarms, elevators keep breaking, the just goes on and on. Property manager named Chris Lopez is extremely rude, incompetent, and always unavailable. Says to email him about concerns, but he doesnt even reply to emails. Useless. He blames tenants for issues, doesnt take any kind of responsibility. This building opened only this year and its already turned into garbage. Awful. Bob Santos is rolling in his grave.

Are assaults verbal and physical out of hand? Absolutely. My experience here has been everything but great. No matter what property manager we have had nothing seems to change and the tenants that were first to come in have drove this place into the ground. Margaret the person over property management has really done nothing to put in safety procedures and ensure everyone is in good living conditions. She just sweeps it under the rug until its becomes bigger issues. Noise, mental episodes, break ins, random attacks, stolen mail, and verbal assaults are what to expect here. One day you may get a paper explaining help with resources for past due rent then the next day it will be revised into no payment arrangements. They offer nothing for the children of the building or any community gatherings to bring neighbors closer. Urine and feces are found on the ground randomly, fire alarms go off very often the list goes on and on. This place is not a good choice to live simply because they dont care and Im sure it will not last long.
