        The front desk staff are very unprofessional and rude. The hotel needs to upgrade their staff standards. Noteworthy details: The staff are unprofessional & rude. Nice room however, the front desk staff need to be upgraded.

        Wow, what a great experience. Tania at the front desk checked us in early and walked us through the pool hours, and even though the filter broke an hour later, the staff was honest and helpful. And oh my word, treat yourself to breakfast cooked by Diego and served by Tender. This is my new go to when im Seattle!
