Cassidy treated me so well during my facial at Felico she was super welcoming and was great company/conversation throughout. She checked in regularly on how I was doing and made sure to prep me for what each next step of the treatment would look like. Ive never had a massage so thorough and relaxing during any of my other facials!!! Walked out feeling so refreshed.

Elli has been my most trusted aesthetician, specifically lash and brow artist, for the better part of 10 years (and I havent even lived in Seattle full time during that duration). I would wait to get my brows and lashes done until I was back in town. Her lash lifts are the best Ive ever had and her brow shaping is precise with an elevated natural look. She is incredibly passionate about her work, has a calming presence that relaxes and never pushes product / other services - making me feel more like me but better. I could not recommend her services more! Worth whey penny! Felico beauty is exactly what Madrona needed and Im so happy its in the neighborhood - Elli has been my most trusted aesthetician for the better part of 10 years and every service is top notch with a great curated product selection.
