Fatima and June at the fourth floor payments desk (windows three and four!) were incredibly helpful in helping get my LID payment issue resolved after ML repeatedly ignored my emails and calls (he even ignored internal city employees when they tried to escalate to him!) Fatima worked with me for over an hour until the entirety of the issue was resolved even staying after they closed. Give these two women a promotion and raise and I guarantee that this process will be improved under their tutelage

Randomly ended up here while looking for an Amazon locker. The lower grounds are like a maze and the whole place is huge. Fortunately found a little art gallery there with some great art.
