I had an appointment at St. Annes Medical Imaging this morning. I wanted to be sure I was following the instructions given to me (two months ago by phone) so I called to make sure I was doing the correct steps before my procedure and the person I spoke with was condescending and rude. This left me with apprehension for my appointment but once I arrived I came across someone who is a true blessing and a gift at what she does. Her name is Cerisse and she was at the front desk. What a gem of a person. No one wants to be at the doctors office, imaging office, lab office etc but Cerisse was nice and respectful and so sweet. She calmed my nerves and made the rest of my day. All it takes is one person to be nice and smile and she was that person for me and for others. The people in the waiting room laughed and talked about getting a tip jar for her because she was so pleasant. Thank you Cerisse.

I'm not 100% sure of the process to get an inhaler for asthma, but should it take over an hour?? Like after all the tests, and they say "OK this is what you need, we'll go get it." HOW does this turn into over an hour of a wait!?!?!? Never come here I hate these people so God damn much!

St. Anne Hospital (formerly known as Highline Hospital) has always been my go-to place for healthcare and a good place for emergencies. The location is convenient, and the staff is very professional. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, and they care. I went to the emergency room to get stitches on my head from an accident at work a while back. The doctor did a great job. My younger sister just had a mastectomy and was fully recovered and discharged on her second day. That is amazing. The hospital looks beautiful! The souls of individuals working at this hospital are also beautiful! I am grateful and very pleased with the staff at this fantastic hospital.

Worst hospital ever been to, went there couple months ago really sick and suicidal, turns out had covid, they discharged me same night out in below 30 degree weather with no where to go, in the entire time I was there I couldn't even get some water, the food they gave me was clearly for someone else that sat out for like an hour and that person didn't eat it so they just gave it to me....

I had a bad fall and went to the ER by abumlance last thursday evening. The nurse that served me was named Morgan. She was uncessarily aggressive, loud, disrespectful, and overall unprofessional. When i told her I have chronic back pain that might be exacerbated by the fall , she got so mad at me and asked me if i "usually pee or poop" on myself. When i asked her what the correlation was with my chronix back pain, she told me " Well you said you've been having back problems right?".When she asked me what I was doing before the fall, I told her that I went to my doctor to get pain medication for my back pain, and some signitures for unemployement related paperwork. She took what I said and twisted it and used it against me. She made it seem that my fall was on purpose and that I was seeking for other things. She kept repeating what I said To her. She was very mean, and I had to calm her down and explain to her that i've had back pain problems since 2003 and ive worked regardless most of those years, even keeping 2 jobs at times.I was not there to cheat the system or get pain medication, I simply wanted a through check up and was worried about any permenant damage i might have. After that, she said sorry and i never saw her again for the rest of my stay. I got discharged same evening, thank God. Not the first bad experience here. I will stay away from that place as much as I can.
