Sender Repairs and Remodel

Services performed: Re-tiled our fireplace, Two full bathroom remodels (incl. tile for floors and showers), and around 1000 square feet of tile on the main floor. Photos show kitchen and bathrooms. We were first time homeowners and wanted to make sure we hired the right contractors for the job. Thankfully we were connected to Sender Repairs! We had never worked with contractors before, and we chose Sender because they were personable, willing to answer all of our preliminary questions, and after they laid out expectations for the project/bid, they gave us ample time to think about it without pressuring the sale. Sender were professional, gave us options when new issues were discovered (again, they didn't push extra work on us, but gave us honest options of the situation at hand), and provided a great remodel. They are kind, honest, and provide a great service. Hopefully we can work with them again one day! Highlight: they tiled the floor of the kitchen, and I pointed out one that was askew just enough to where I could technically trip on it. This was due to the size of the tile and the floor bowing slightly. They took out that tile and fixed it right up, even after the grout was set. We very much enjoyed working with Jake on our home improvement project. Everything was completed in a timely manner, with great communication every step of the way. We are so happy with the finished project and are already scheming our next project with them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sender to our family and friends.

Jake and Jessi of Sender Repairs and Remodel were referred to me by my realtor, and we had an amazing experience working with them on two projects so far. The first was a 5'x8' bathroom remodel and the second was a landscape stair. Jake and Jessi are extremely good communicators and were always pleasant to work with. We were able to clearly define the scope of the work together and we both worked hard to be transparent about expectations and pricing. Jessi is an excellent tiler and did an amazing job installing large format tiles which is much more difficult than your typical subway tile. They were respectful of the job site, reliable, honest, and really made the effort to make sure we were happy with their work. I have already recommended Sender Repairs and Remodel to any of my friends looking for a general contractor and would happily work with them again on any future projects!
