Union Seattle

The seven of us ladies, absolutely loved everything (food, service & atmosphere). I came to their original opening 2018 (former location) for Pride - nothing but great memories. The review citing water is lying - every bar on the hill & Union has self serve water. They are not required to be water maids. All of us are foodies & thought the bar food was good, hot & tasty. Most likely the person saying they got food poisoning out of the hundreds they served, that one couple got acohol poisoning from drinking too much. Happens to the best/worst humans. Bravo to Union! Best energy ever! Thank you!

Came here with my wife to start off Pride and meet our friends. Had food and 2 drinks each. Ended up with food poisoning and had to go home early. We are really frustrated and unhappy with the experience .

Dont come here for Pride! They illegally refuse to serve water to guests for free. According to the Washington State Liquor Board: Section 115A of the Liquor Control Act 1988 (the Act) requires that the licensee must ensure that water suitable for drinking is provided, free of charge, at all times when liquor is sold and supplied for consumption on the licensed premises. They charged us 3 dollars for a bottle of water when they should have provided free water for all guests since they serve alcohol. I find it extremely irresponsible for an establishment to discourage customers to get water by charging for it - especially on Pride weekend - a weekend that people are drinking heavily in the heat of summer. This feels like an unnecessary money grab that puts people at risk of dehydration. As a now ex loyal customer, I sadly will not be coming back. The explicit greed is an extreme turn off for me.
