Barnaby was phenomenal in his communication, politeness, and accommodation to my specific needs. These guys were the best price out there, and no doubt the most personable. Next time I need this service, or anyone I know for that matter, I'll be keeping NWLIs number on hand.

Crew was very personable and efficient in organizing a plan to remove items and review pricing. They called when they were on the way and swiftly removed the items I was ready to let go of. Comparatively, their prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience today having an old couch hauled away! It was fast, easy, and everyone was very friendly and professional. When I initially reached out online, I got a phone call very soon after to book, which made it so easy. Communication was good and the price seemed fair. I also really appreciated being told it would be better for me to take a few of the things Id planned on having hauled away myself as they would be free that way. Ill definitely call again next time!
