Well. Called on the weakened. Sent a young guy out Sunday to try and open my garage door. I asked if he was from Bainbridge Island Garage Door and he kinda looked at me and said yes. Before attempting to open the door he Quoted me $450. I said no. Then $400. Then $300. Then $250. Opened the door for $250. Issue was Broken cable would not disengage lock tab. Asked about a new single door if I wanted to change the door and without looking at anything quoted $2400. (They are less than $1000 at Home Depot). Wrote the check for $250 to Tako Garage Doors Not Bainbridge Island Garage Door Service. So you decide.

Matthew performed an excellent job. There were a few minor bumps concerning interaction with the office on Bainbridge Island. I recommend providing the client with more comprehensive details about labor costs when the extent of the garage door service is known. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.
