Terrible first impression: The person on the phone when I called in asking about design options seemed determined to tell me no. Even when I mentioned that the items I was speaking to were listed as available for same-day delivery. She literally told me "we're out of flowers" before even asking the location I was calling in regards to. I called for this location, the Northgate location, and my call went to a "satellite" operator out in Tacoma who had conflicting details and a short attitude. Super unfortunate interaction, especially considering I was planning on outfitting an entire party. UPDATE: this location's address is for a warehouse and the number is fake. It just redirects you to their 800 number full of unhelpful operators.

First time using this florist. The first arrangement was not quite right and they took the time to make a second that was so much better! Customer centered for sure!!
