Had an interview with Ms. Singer regarding a part time position in April. Looked very promising and was told she was very interested in hiring me but had to get through 2 more interviews as a formality but I would hear back from her in a week and a half and after the last interview. (She was also about 10 minutes late for our interview). I never heard back and followed up through email about two weeks later. Her response, "Thank you so much for reaching out to follow-up on our conversation. It was wonderful talking with you!! I'm hoping to meet with one other person who has had to reschedule and I should have more information for you soon. Looking forward to continuing our conversation!! Alicia". Followed up again about two weeks later. No response. Personally, as a business owner, that's a terrible way to do business. Atleast have the courtesy to send an email letting candidates know that the position has been filled. Hopefully the business isn't run this way and clients are ignored or given a response regarding their financial plan.
