Dixie has filed my taxes for the last 3 years. She is always professional, thorough, and efficient!Her assistant is quick to schedule a tax appointment (during what I'm sure is a very busy time for Dixie) and before the appointment is very communicative, providing reminders and a list of everything I should bring to make sure that my taxes can be filed most efficiently. Dixie's knowledge and experience is extensive, and it's obvious in the care she takes with my money. She makes the overwhelming task of filing taxes simple and easy.I plan on continuing to trust Dixie and her team with my taxes and financial needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I have had Dixie do my taxes for the last five years and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is very organized, detail-oriented, and efficient when it comes to doing my taxes. I've had issues in the past with reporting my taxes for my stocks and Dixie has done a fantastic job with navigating through all of my tax information and paperwork with ease. Dixie is a way better option than going to a large, corporate tax agency or trying to do your own taxes. It was easy to schedule an appointment with her and she takes the time to ensure that you will get the most out of your return. I highly recommend her to anyone who lives in the area and is looking for someone to do their taxes.

Dixie did a wonderful job with my 2017 taxes.She even found that my job had made an error on a previous tax return. She offered to file an amendment, which was HUGELY helpful as I am a single mom and a teacher so I can make use of that money. When I left, she said she would file the amendment. I emailed her to follow up and told her the money would be helpful as we are tight on money, she sent a response, I think once, to say she would do it in October for some reason, so I tried to be patient and wait. I assumed the return was delayed due to the government shut down. In 2019, when I went to pick up my old taxes paperwork from her because I was doing my OWN taxes for 2018, she said I needed to sign the backdate documents for the amendment that she HAD NEVER SENT and that "we" (SHE) missed the deadline to claim the amendment (Thus, the backdating). I didn't bother asking her why she didn't file it as she had promised or if she even realized how that money could have helped me care for my kids. She postmarked the pre-addressed envelope she gave me hoping the IRS would accept the amendment. I know doing that is illegal and she can lose her postmarking machine, but I still dropped the amendment in the mail on my way home from her office. It was the most unprofessional and inconsiderate service that I have received in a long time. She didn't even apologize while she was talking about it, matter of fact, as if we had both done it or it just happened to us. It was so bizarre. She really didn't mind that she didn't follow through. She didn't mind how simply disregarding what I trusted her to do would impact how I can pay for my family's things. Why would she mind? It's not her money. Not good business.

i have been going to Dixie's for years and have been very happy with her work. she is easy to talk to and knows her work. she makes doing taxes a little less painful because its one to one and it seems to get done faster
