The worst customer service! I stopped in to buy some gobos and not only was I met with an incredulous sigh because they no longer stock gobos and everything is special order, but once I finally found some in the measly little remains of a stock they had I made my purchase and wasnt even offered thank you. These people are amateurs and I cant wait for this company to close. With this horrible customer service, I can only imagine it will be a matter of days before they shutter this relic. Mack Perkins would be ashamed.

Seems like a great place but First time I came here, I had found a product on their website that I neeed the next day for a shoot. Last minute purchase. It was listed in stock on there webpage. I tried calling, but no response. I hopped in my car and drove 30 minutes to their location only to find out it wasnt in stock. Boooooo! Fast forward to today, in a bind again, (Amazon fail) and I tried calling 3 times today, left a voicemail, and then decided as a Hail Mary, to make the drive. Lo and behold 2 people sitting behind the front counter staring aimlessly at screens. I managed to make it all the way through there makeup section only to not find what I was looking for. As I made my way to the door, finely some asked me if I needed help.. eh, not anymore. I wont be back. Maybe I dont look like like the typical art director/ prop master and they just figured I was homeless. either way, find another prop shop. They dont seem to need our business.

Five stars from me! This place has everything you could possibly need for shows plus a pretty solid theatrical makeup selection! The best part is the customer service, though. Aaron was incredibly kind and patient helping me find everything I needed, and the owner even stopped by to say hello and make sure I was happy. If you have ANY production needs I highly recommend this place above any other in the area!! Please don't ever close!

I strongly recommend PNTA for your event needs! Max and Pavel are hands-down some of the best in the biz. They were very easy to work with, generous with their time and energy, and patient with our small nonprofit as we gathered what we needed for our anniversary party and fundraiser. The audio/visual set up at our event blew everyone away and it was within our budget! Sort of too good to be true. They even went above and beyond to help our live auction slides have amazing video and photos to help us raise more money.
