Robert was responsive and found a way to fix our issue in the most cost optimal and expedient way. We had an outage with a shared electricity control box that involved coordination with multiple owners and SCL. Robert was able to navigate through all of that on top of fixing it within the communicated time. I had another minor issue that his team was able to fix swiftly. He will be my go to person going forward!

Early in the morning of Saturday November 11th a tree fell across our front yard and completely tore the meter and whole electrical connection assembly away from our house. I tried contacting a number of electricians in the Seattle area but because it was a Saturday and a holiday, Veterans' Day, no-one was available, except Robert at Konsker Electric. Not only did he return my call but he arranged to meet with my wife and me at 8:00pm that Saturday night. He advised us as to what needed to be done, gave us a price and promised to have someone at our home first thing on Monday morning. Within a few days we were back up and running with power. From my perspective Robert is a very conscientious, honest and hardworking businessman. The only reason I didn't give him seven or eight stars is because five is the maximum.

Konsker is fantastic. Reliable, knowledgeable, & responsive. Our power went out in over 1/2 of our condo late Saturday night. Flipping the breakers did nothing. Even waited a few mins & tried again. Still nothing. I texted them and he called just a couple of minutes later. Gave me advice on what to try & let him know if it didnt work. It worked! They literally saved the day as our condo is 10 degrees hotter than outside w/o the AC, & forecast was for 85, & weve got pets. Highly recommend!

I had a partial outage after the snow storm on Nov 30, 2022. I hired two electricians from Beacon plumbing to check on the issue because I want it to be resolved ASAP. They came in pretty quickly, and after half an hour of diagnosis they said the issue is not in the house, it is on Seattle city lights side and it is probably the transformer. They told me they cant do anything about it and left. I got charged $511 (I used a $50 coupon so I actually paid $461). I thought that was fine, at least I know who to call. But then the city light crew came on Dec 2nd, and checked on everything and they told me the issue is inside of the house. At this point I wouldnt trust beacon plumbing anymore and asked my neighbor for help, she recommended Konsker to me. He came fixed the issue within one and half an hour. The issue was on the main breaker so it is indeed inside of the house. And it actually costed less than what I was charged by beacon plumbing (material not included) Because of the unqualified electricians send by Beacon plumbing, me and my cats suffered 72 hours without heat or wi-fi during the snow storm, even the stove and fridge was not working. It was very cold. Im so glad that I got help from Mr.Konsker and got everything fixed.
