Pretty good service !
But you need to be proactive when it comes to insurance issue. They wont care to contact your insurance to see if they are in the network of your insurance .

Absolutely terrible customer service from this store. Had used a coupon that was issued through their Catalina machines and manager refused to override it. Absolutely avoid getting your prescriptions from this store and absolutely avoid the old lady with glasses and long gray hair employee/manager. She never deserves to be hired and treated horribly to customers.

This may be the worst pharmacy in Seattle. You can expect higher quality and more timely service from an empty storefront on Aurora. (I dont leave reviews and was compelled to post this after my most recent terrible experience here)

Showed up to vaccine appointment as scheduled, 30 minutes delay and we ask how much longer and are told 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later finally given paperwork...that had already been filled out online. 71 minutes later, still no shot. Along the way there are no updates. Why even have scheduling? Walking out with no shot in the end.
