        We have been a Fetch customer for 6 months now and are so happy with the service. Our dog is high energy and still working on leash skills, but all of the dog walkers we've had are so kind, loving, and patient with him. We love that the quality of care is consistent - and if there's ever an issue with a dog walker's schedule - Fetch will figure out a replacement walker (not me trying to scramble last minute)! They provide a pet care journal after every visit which includes the best recap and photos of the walk - and I always look forward to seeing them. Highly recommend!!

        Ive been using Fetch services for nearly 10 years for my kitties-the old ones have passed on and I adopted 3 new kitties in 2023. Their pet sitters have been great covering the needed tasks, playing with kitties, and sending photos and reports for each visit. Highly recommend this service!

        Moving cross country last year was daunting, especially with the added concern of finding trustworthy care for my 12 year old, (very sassy) Jack Russell when we travel. Fetch has helped to alleviate a significant amount of stress and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the Fetch team in caring for my girl. Both the Client Experience & Care teams have continuously demonstrated nothing but professionalism, flexibility, seamless communication, and genuine care. I especially appreciate the adorable photos of Lola that the team shares when I am away, its incredibly reassuring to know that she is getting so much love and attention in my absence. THANK YOU!!!!
