        They didnt charge my insurance correctly when I visited them in 2021. When they figured it out and charged my insurance in 2023, insurance needed additional validation. They addressed THEIR mistake by spamming me with statements with charges for full amount claiming that my insurance did not work. I was able to sort it out with my insurance but this is the most difficult experience I have had with a dental office. Avoid if you can.
