I was impressed with the modern office and new technology equipments, but even more impressed with the team that are not only professional but welcoming , friendly and a fun group as well. The doctor is caring and knowledgeable! I always ask questions and shes more than happy to answer. I also like that shes honest about procedures and recommends things with your best interest and health in mind. I highly recommend!!

Simply the best dental clinic. The office is always clean and the staff are amazing, so kind and extremely professional. Dr.Valentine always makes my experience the best. Ive been coming here for years and have gotten so many of my family members to come as well. Dr. V is fast, efficient and gentle. Thank you Dr. Valentine and the Icon Dental team for always taking care of me!

I am always so pleased with my experience at Icon. I have had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Valentine, Dr. Aboulhosn and now Dr. Shalabi and have had a great experience with them all. I most recently had some fillings done by Dr. Shalabi and I was nervous going into it but she made me feel at ease and did an amazing job. From the front desk gal to the back everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Icon for all your amazing work over my years of being a patient!

Never visit this dental office! Last fall, I visited because of swelling and soreness above my tooth, concerned if I needed emergency treatment. After the X-ray scan, the dentist informed me it was simply a bone growth, common in adults. When I asked what to do, the dentist replied, "Don't focus on the swelling, avoid touching it. When you stop thinking about it, the pain and soreness will go away." Following their advice, I ignored the problem and my swelling persisted. Eight months later, I experienced acute pulpitis, causing intense pain that kept me awake at night. I sought help from a different dental office, and they explained that the pain stemmed from the problematic tooth, as well as the longstanding swelling. I underwent emergency root canal treatment, and now I feel much much better! I believe it was a misdiagnosis at the Icon Dental Center. I don't understand why it occurred with a so-called experienced doctor.
