Strung me along for MONTHS acting like something would happen with my referral before calling to tell me they're """nO lOnGeR aCcEpTiNg NeW PaTiEnTs""" and offering to supposedly maybe call me at an indertiminate time in the future if they started accepting them again. Screw every single one of you for letting me be in pain for this long without any hint whatsoever that I might need to look somewhere else to get healthcare.

I'm bawling my eyes out right now!!! My front tooth crown adventure that took me a year and half $300 in gas and parking fees $900 for the crown itself, 30 hours chair time, 6 or 7 different visits to Seattle not fun, 4 graduating students, a gap between my front teeth made by them and a bottom shaving of my teeth so the bite fit the crown /not with my permission. I don't have $1200. I'm just shaking right now!!! Just eating waffles w/ banana. Now what do I do?? It's been a year!!

Have family being seen at student clinics and they're pretty happy. As a Teaching Clinic meaning cheaper plus one of very few places in area taking state health, it has a long waiting list- several months away for initial exam with UW Dental students who are tightly supervised by faculty. So each visit takes much longer and slower than at normal dentist. Front desk staffing suffered extra since Covid as with all other healthcare places but they trying their best.
