Puget Sound Periodontics - west seattle

Was told by Brook the procedure would be a total of 3 appointments. Then at the last one (I thought) I am told there will be 2 more follow ups. And at this 3rd one where the stitches were removed, the surgeon never even came to look at how the tissue was healing. For the procedure itself, was given sedation in the front office, then taken back to the chair, then blood pressure was taken which was high. What if it hadnt come down enough? This order seems backwards from how any other surgery is done. My out of pocket cost all had to be paid up front instead of my insurance being billed first. Perplexing.

Dr Liu is personable and knowledgeable with good communication, and inspires confidence. The staff is courteous and professional. Clear explanations of costs and options. Easy scheduling and great service overall.

I found Dr. Liu an engaging personality and a very thoughtful and considerate surgeon. His explanations at our initial meeting were thorough and easy to understand. He is very conscious and careful about causing minimal discomfort while at work on my choppers. As an enthusiastic saxophonist, I appreciated his willingness to explain post-care procedures and cautions in that rather specific context. The staff in his office seem to like where they are working, and succeeded in easing any nervousness about the procedure. 100% recommendation. Thanks Puget Perio!
