Garrett was so fantastic! Best massage Ive ever had, he really targeted the tense spots I needed help with, and is clearly skilled with the work he does. Ill definitely be going back!

I love this spa for massage and facial. Sharon is terrific massage therapist.I would recommend her to everyone.

My partner gave a gift to Spavia for Christmas and the service is mid at best. He got me the premier membership and it was a minimum of 3 months of membership to trial out this spa. We told the front desk that 3 months was all we wanted. I tried to cancel my membership on March 20th so that we would just have to pay for January, February, and March. But because my autopay date is within the 30 days of my last autopay, I had to pay for April. We were not aware of this policy when we signed up and now I feel reluctant to go again in April when I dont want to. Ive tried calling the clinic many times but no one ever picks up and then I receive a text message autobot that has not helped me in the past with scheduling. I also tried to reschedule an appointment and someone from the clinic reached out to me, and said they would call me back but never did and sent me a text message that I saw many hours later since they did not call. Overall their customer service could improve and Im unsure why no one ever picks up the phone because when I arrive at the clinic, someone is always at the front desk. Ive gotten a facial and a massage there, and the services were fine however my entire experience with this place had been average at best for such an expensive membership.
