Not a fan of massages, but as I've aged I've gotten a lot more inflexible. An instructor from my palates class recommended I try it again. Just happened to pass a sign for Metamorphosis as I was leaving class. I booked an appointment and 3 massages later not only an I noticing changes (less creaky), but my instructor just commented on how much more range I had. In addition, I've been having issues with plantar fasciitis in one foot. It's been sore to touch, so I was concerned how much it would hurt to be massaged. But not only did it not hurt but felt wonderful. Three massages later and down to a slight twinge. Highly recommend Metamorphosis!

Aubra is the absolute best!! Seven years ago, I tore my left ACL and had knee surgery. A year after, I started suffering from right hip pain from putting all my weight on the opposite side of my knee. Its been six years of hip pain and now some arthritis due to wear and tear on it and Ive been desperate to find a solution. Thankfully, I saw Aubras sign while I was at a farmers market and decided to give her a try fast forward two months later and I feel like I can sit here and say, what hip pain? Aubra is truly a miracle worker. Aubra does a massage unlike any other Ive ever experienced, and Ive done a lot of massage therapy and physical therapy! Im so thankful to have found her, my hip has felt the best that it has felt in years!!

Aubra hands down does the best massage Ive ever gotten in my life. Im someone who has gotten massages regularly and let me tell you Aubra is one of one! Ive never had someone massage me in such a way that helped my pain go away the way she did. She combines different techniques so her massage is definitely unique and effective! Do your body a favor and go see her!

I recently visited this place for nagging back pain, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. The massage therapist was highly skilled and attentive, and the massage itself was incredibly relaxing and effective. The focus on my back provided the perfect amount of pressure to release the tension and knots in my muscles, leaving me feeling relieved. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-quality massage that will leave them feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

I get the Myofascial massage and will be trying more services in the future! I was searching for an alternative solution for my intense chronic pain from Endometriosis. I have spent years struggling to find relief and was exhausted/frustrated/at my wits end with going to multiple doctors, tests, procedures, etc.; only to be told there is nothing they can do to help with my pain without taking extreme measures that would put an immense amount of stress on my body. The Myofiacial massage has done wonders for my pain relief! Aubra is amazing! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the body and holistic health. The spa is nice, clean, and she is consistent with giving QUALITY services. I am so happy to have found Metamorphosis and I highly recommend trying a Myofiacial massage if you struggle with similar issues and are looking for relief.
