I wholeheartedly recommend R. Flennaugh! He came HIGHLY recommended by a couple of close friends. Even other attorneys spoke well of him. We watched courtrooms in 2 different municipalities show RF so much respect by him simply walking in the room. He's your guy! I/we interviewed several other attorneys to represent a family member and decided on Robert. From our initial conversation he made me/us feel confident in his knowledge of the law. He was relatable and personable. He was honest, straightforward about possible outcomes and was GREAT at communicating. His fees were comparable to other REPUTABLE defense attorneys. Our family member was exonerated because of Robert's relentless hard work. He stayed on the procesecuting attorney's office for any/all discovery, requiring them to review evidence, body camera, dashboard footage that the prosecutor didn't even bother to consider reviewing before bringing charges.
