        Ive been to a lot of banks and BECU branches, and everyone was so great here. Devin and John both did a great job of helping us with all questions and helping us understand all our options and everything we needed for our car loans and credit cards

        I went with becu a while ago because I was trying to avoid the big bad banks. Unfortunately it has overall been pretty pretty terrible. Currently my card is locked because of suspicious activity. Its cool that theyre trying to protect me, but it is not cool that I will now have to sit on hold forever before I can use my card to get to my money. Fun fact - the one time that there was actual fraudulent activity, my account got drained and becu didnt lock my card or anything. Im just lucky I discovered this during business hours. If you ever have anything happen on a weekend, you will be SOL until Monday.
