Security card friendly and working hard. One employee ringing out with long line. Others doing nothing. Ordered online and checked 1 hour later. Same cashier tall black man working hard and friendly. Waited 10 minute in mobile order area a girl's that were talking to each other for 10 min finally helped me, well your order is not done. I asked if they could pull order and she said I had to wait until email confirmation that order was picked up (with snotty attitude). Seems like security guard and cashier working extra hard and friendly. Others standing there not doing anything. Last visit to this ulta and maybe find another online option that is not ulta

Only come here for dye and products...never get any samples like I did in California so many stipulations apparently and never had that in my old store back down there but again other than that shopping experience is very friendly haven't gotten any dye or hair cutting done can't put any 2 cents in on that though I see lots of consulting done when im there the security is always very nice to me and I love that we need more people like that in this world

Laticia is hands down amazing. Im over 55, Ive worked with many many make up artist over the years. I stopped in to get a few supplies and ask for a recommendation. She ended up doing shadow, lip liner, lip gloss and blush mini makeover recommendations, and they were all spot on perfect and huge improvement from what I had been using, which Sephora makeup artists had recommended. Purchased all!
