        They dont understand how to do straight exchanges. Buy everything on Amazon or go over to Ulta. Customers are made to feel uncomfortable for even being in the store. Avoid!!!!

        Online order for pick up. When I went to pick up they gave me the wrong size of gel. Then they were out of the gel i ordered and I took whatever was in stock. Then was given the excuse they were suppose to receive shipment the other day but its late.
