Do not use this service for the sorry excuse of doctors they offer. They must be the ones with the fake nursing degrees from FL. Save yourself the time. My job offers their service as a free benefit to employees and no one who has used their service has reported back anything good. They simply suck, not personable, robot like, they all read from a script, and youll leave more frustrated than youve ever been. Hard pass. Never again, even if its free. Go to a doctors office. They tell you theyre sending prescriptions in and they never do!

When I contact this service, they tell me I should drive 45 minutes to see my regular doctor. If I'm too sick to go to work, how am I well enough to drive that far? Sad.

Avoid using this "Teladoc". Just save your time and go to your PCP. They will tell you they are sending meds over to the pharmacy but they never actually do. So you go back for a second visit to see what's going on just to be told prescribing antibiotics is against policy. That's absurd! None of these so called "physicians" will do anything for you they will just tell you to go to the urgent care. The customer care team resolves issues with out ever reaching out to the customer. I'm not sure what the whole point is of this "virtual care" if they don't provide any care. If you do use this service I strongly advise you to screen record your entire visit to have proof when you have a complaint.

I would give 98point6 0 stars if possible. I have 98point6 thru my employer. I set up an account for the first time because my son had been sick and developed an ear infection. He's been prone to ear infections since he was a baby so this was nothing out of the norm. The Dr said I needed my son to be seen by a Dr and they could not help me. I feel like this wasted my time, it's thru chat only so you can't actually talk to a Dr. I've used Dr says and teledoc in the past and received a prescription for antibiotics or whatever i needed. I have an otoscope and it's really not hard to diagnose it's an ear infection. I would not recommend 98point6 to anyone. It's a waste of time and money. The whole point of telehealth is to make getting treatment easy so your not waiting in an urgent care for hours while sick. They failed to provide the most basic care for something so simple. The same day I purchased a subscription for Dr Says. It was $45 for 3 months. In 20 min I had a prescription sent to my pharmacy.
