It isn't open 24hrs, I was even told by the day shift it was but if you come here late night the doors will be locked. If you knock someone may come out of the back room to tell you it's closed for cleaning but he must clean his whole shift because it doesn't reopen for hours.

Looking at the rest of these reviews, it seems everybody else has the same exact problem. They constantly try to double charge you , Doors locked EVERY NIGHT from 2am to 5am. The guy is sleeping right next to the hamburger machine and you can see him. Then he wakes up after u knock and says nobody can come in because he's cleaning. This happens every single night without fail. I only live a block around the corner so every night on the way home from work I would like to stop by but this guy would rather get paid to sleep than actually do his job because he's such a bum. EDIT here we go again. I wish I could give zero stars. It is now exactly 4:17 in the morning and this guy is sleeping next to the hamburgers. He won't let anybody in he's not doing a thing except sleeping every single night. The doors are locked he's got his feet kicked up and you can see his bald head sticking up over the top of the counter by the hamburgers where he is trying to hide. Then when you bang on the door he opens his eyes looks at you and shakes his head no and then goes back to sleep. Then, when he decides to open the doors at 5:30 or 6:00, all the hot food literally says dispose of by 1:18. So you go in there to get something to eat because you're driving on the road all morning and the food is over 6 hours old. Pure disgusting and gross....Is this what you pay your employees for? This is how you treat your customers? This happens every single night with any employee that works this shift. It's like they all know to do the same thing which is sleep next to the food and not let anybody in. This has got to stop. This is a 24-hour location and your guys are sleeping for 10 of them.
