I just needed a simple data backup for a working laptop. Dropped it off and waited almost six weeks! They gave me multiple, conflicting stories as to why my laptop repair project was over a month late! Then didn't give me the discount they promised due to the projects lateness. I have no idea how these guys are still in business...

After the unfortunate death of my phone with traveling, I reached out to ebits in hopes of repair. Though they were unable to help my late phone, they were extremely friendly and helpful in offering other solutions, even going so far as to call a different repair shop and inquire about parts availability and pricing.

Scheduled an appointment for my iPhone and showed up to find out they arent working on iPhones right now. I explicitly let them know what I needed in their online scheduling system but was not emailed to let me know it wasnt something they can do. Also theyre still listed as an apple authorized repair shop.

I've never gotten anything repaired here (yet), but the kind person I interacted with at this place is so intelligent, generous, and humble! I was visiting this area and staying at an Airbnb nearby. I forgot to pack the laptop charger for my Dell Latitude so my laptop ran out of battery power after 2 online meetings in the morning. I went to multiple nearby stores (Target, Ross, Walgreens) and couldn't track down an appropriate laptop charger. I ended up at this place and the person working there (I regret not getting their name) knew exactly what I needed since I needed a rated power supply with a rated USB-C cable. (A USB-C cable that connects to a wall outlet adapter typically used to charge smart phones don't have enough power for a laptop.) They found me an old one to keep and use so I could get back to work (remotely) from the Airbnb. This only cost me some sweat walking to this place. Thank you, GoEBITS!
