Absolutely the best mocha of my life. Lovely spot, artistic and full of beautiful reminders of Vietnamese artists and authors and cuisine. Completely worth the stop. I'll be back!

The fact that this place offers a dairy free alternative to the beloved and classic c ph sa is amazing in itself. They also make the alternative condensed milk with oat, and in house. The pandan waffle is light and fluffy, crispy and delicious - not too sweet which is perfect. I'm never disappointed in their food or drink. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but the last 2 times I have gone in, some of the baristas seemed irritable and not exactly friendly. I brought 2 friends there yesterday and they didn't want to take cash because they were too busy, though I had exact change, and when I asked a friendly question about a Viet book on their shelf, they were reluctant to even look at me or respond, though eventually someone forced a response. The interaction was awkward, made me feel unappreciated, and overall uncomfortable.
