Both times I've been the food and drinks have been amazing. The beef tartar is hands down a favorite. My only issue is the first time, we requested a Shrouded Roulette for my sister and made sure to say no mint because she is allergic. The drink was topped off with a large sprig of mint. The second time the same bartender was our waiter. They would walk right by our table or stand in a corner and it felt like they couldn't be bothered to take our order. We had to flag them down to get food and refills. Everyone else was super nice and the kitchen is always on point. Just disappointing service from the one bartender/server.

Love the atmosphere here! Staffs were very friendly and attentive, they made sure we had a great time there. Drinks were visually appealing and food was good. Amazing experience and highly recommend!

Chris, Josh, Chef, and Sous JR are some of the most talented in Seattle. Hospitality at its finest! They all follow the golden rule, know your product and be nice. I could not recommend a better experience in Seattle. Start with a classic cocktail and have the stellar staff guide you into one of the finest selections of whiskey in the world. If youre are looking to entrain a business client take them here. For all chartreuse aficionados, dig deep into their Spain selection. All about the water!

Simply beautiful. It smells of the richness of aged drinks. There are bottles up to the ornate ceiling.Dark cozy ambiance. We had the rabbit taquitos and they were amazingly bright and rich. The lawn boy came in a bathtub with little rose petals! We also enjoyed a few bites of the clafloutis andice cream. Only cons are the $$ prices, draft from the door and that they only take parties of up to 4.
