Hidden gem in Capitol Hill! This HongKong style cocktail bar hidden on the second floor of Biangbiang noodle is a must-try. It is no traditional bar but whole new experience (and drinks). The noodle downstairs is excellent, too!

Cocktail was upcharged $15 without any heads up. Otherwise it was OK.

Went last night to check it out with some friends. We got told out was busy and to come back later. Understandable. So I asked if we should put in a reservation and leave a name and number. They told me no and just to come back in an hour, theyd remember us and take care of us. We arrived an hour later at the time they told us. They asked if we had a reservation and I told them no, they wouldnt let me leave one. After the bar host saw us, she avoided us. 10 minutes later, someone else came back and said that they did not have anything still and to come back in another hour. They said that they would for sure have something next time. Again, no need to leave a name or number. No. I refused and walked out. Worst car experience. I get being busy but refusing to let me leave a reservation TWICE is beyond me. Also, avoiding us is childish.
